Advancing ways to influence individuals and groups to reach their fullest potential
Research and Codification
The Institute names, defines, and refines the conceptual territory of its disciplines. Terms used in the IMS lexicon have particular meanings, which are introduced in the lexicon below.
Certification
The Institute trains and credentials practitioners in Transformation Architecture™ and VASTMethod™. These are not competency frameworks... they are certification pathways within a structured intellectual system.
Intellectual Property (IP) Architecture
The Institute produces and supports education in the field of "Architecting Influence" through the development of methods, specific language, philosophies, and certification structures that define the field and expand it over time.
Publication
Four books are in development, each addressing a distinct layer of the Institute's intellectual territory: method, transformation, IP architecture, and designing your business as a movement.
