Once certified you may open your own private practice and begin seeing clients!
During your course work you will become registered in the state of Colorado as an ‘Unlicensed Psychotherapist’. Laws vary in other states, but in most places in the US you may begin your new career quite easily.
But, how do you go about starting your own private practice? At the Institute of Mind Sciences we have specific coursework, as part of your training, that teaches you step-by-step. We also offer networking with your peers so you can ask questions and seek advice.
